What is a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend when IRIS sends a message. 1 credit = €0.01. A typical SMS alert costs a few to ~10 credits depending on the destination country; Voice costs more. You only ever pay for what you send.
Does the free trial need a credit card?
No. The Free Trial requires no card. You activate by verifying your email and your admin mobile number, and you receive 1,000 credits (≈100 alerts, worth €10). There is no auto-charge when the trial ends.
What happens when my credits run out?
Sending pauses until you top up. You can buy a credit pack (€50 / €200 / €500) or move to a plan. Credit packs are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
Can I get an invoice instead of paying online?
Yes — on the Enterprise tier. Enterprise is invoiced today (annual, all-inclusive). Self-service card billing for Starter and Professional is on our roadmap; for now, talk to us and we will set you up.
