Services

Every channel, one interface

A critical alert should reach a human on whatever channel they will actually see — without you wiring up a new integration each time. IRIS puts every channel behind one API and one escalation engine. We ship them honestly: here is exactly what is live today and what is coming next.

The architecture

Add a channel, not an integration

For IRIS, a channel is one interface implementation behind a stable API. Your alert, your recipient groups, your escalation policy and your audit trail stay exactly the same — only the last hop to the recipient changes.

One API, every channel

You post an alert to a single REST endpoint and pick a channel by name. The escalation logic, language handling and audit trail are identical whatever the channel.

Providers, abstracted

Channels sit behind a provider interface. SMS and Voice run on Twilio today; Telnyx and Vonage are on the roadmap so you can route and fail over without changing your integration.

The same state machine, everywhere

Acknowledge, escalate, resolve. Every channel speaks to one stateful engine — up to ~20 escalation rounds in 6 languages — so behaviour never forks per channel.

Honest by default

Live means live. Roadmap means roadmap.

Trust is the whole product. A channel marked Live is running in production and you can use it on a trial today. A channel marked Roadmap is something we are building — its page sets expectations honestly and never fakes a demo. When it ships, the badge changes; not before.
