my-iris for Microsoft Teams will push critical alerts into your Teams channels and chats as Adaptive Cards — with Acknowledge and Escalate actions built in, so responders can act from the app they keep open all day. It will share the same stateful escalation engine and audit trail as SMS and Voice.
