IRIS for Telegram is coming
IRIS for Telegram will deliver critical alerts through a Telegram bot — with inline buttons and replies to acknowledge or escalate. A fast, lightweight channel for technical teams that already use Telegram. It will run on the same stateful escalation engine and audit trail as SMS and Voice.
